I am a seasoned senior HR professional and executive coach with over 17 years of experience and I am here to help your creative agency thrive.

With a passion for crafting exceptional employee experiences, I specialise in supporting to create and nurture engaged, motivated and high performing teams. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with both small and mighty independent agencies and large global giants. This diverse background gives me unique insights into the challenges and opportunities within different creative agencies.

As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (the highest level of professional HR accreditation), an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor and a certified Mental Health First Aider, I bring extensive knowledge and experience, as well as a compassionate approach to all of my work.
