  1. Who is coaching for?

My coaching is for creative founders, leaders and the teams they are building. People who want to lead well, feel well and create thriving ways of working.

I work with people who are:

  • Leading through constant pressure, change or tough people challenges.

  • Carrying the weight of being ‘the one everyone leans on’ without space for themselves.

  • Wondering how to keep succeeding without sacrificing their energy, clarity or confidence.

You might love the industry, but want to lead in a way that feels more sustainable. Or you might be questioning what is next and need space to explore that.

That is where coaching can help. Whether you begin with a 90 minute Reset Session or a longer coaching journey, you will have time to step back, think clearly and build a more sustainable way forward for you and your team.

2. What happens in coaching?

Each session is a 1:1, confidential space where we explore what is happening beneath the surface. We begin with what is on your mind, then uncover what is getting in the way and what you need most.

I will ask questions that help you see things differently, reflect patterns and bring clarity to complex challenges. You will leave with insights, practical tools and next steps that feel achievable and personal to you. You do not need to prepare or have the answers — we will find them together. This is space just for you, without pressure or judgement.

3. How does coaching differ from therapy or mentoring?

Unlike therapy, coaching does not focus on past trauma, but we may explore your mindset and beliefs. Unlike mentoring, I will not tell you what to do, but I will help you find your own way forward that is right for you.

It is a thought partnership: empowering, challenging and supportive. If something deeper comes up that is outside my scope, I will always guide you with care. The goal is forward momentum at your pace, in your way.

4. What kind of topics can I bring to coaching?

You can bring anything that is on your mind; big or small. Common themes include stress, confidence, people challenges, decision making and navigating change.

We might explore work pressures, mindset blocks, or life outside of work. If you are feeling stuck in your head, in your role, or in a pattern that is not serving you, we will work to shift that. This is your space to untangle what is unclear, overwhelming or holding you back. Nothing is too small if it matters to you.

5. Where do sessions take place?

Coaching sessions are held online during the day, with limited weekend sessions available too.

6. Do I need to commit to a full coaching package?

Not at all. Many people start with a 90 minute Reset Session — a focused 1:1 coaching session that helps you pause, get perspective and find clarity on what you need next. It is a powerful standalone session and also a great way to experience coaching before deciding whether you would like to go deeper.

If you prefer a more structured journey, I also offer a 6 session coaching package with added support between sessions to help you build lasting change over time.

Either way, you can begin with a free 30 minute Reset Call to talk about where you are, what you need and which option feels right for you.

7. What results can I expect from coaching?

Expect to feel like yourself again but with more clarity, confidence and calm. Many clients say that they feel lighter, more seen and more focused after just one session. Over time, you will learn to manage your energy, lead with confidence and build ways of working that actually feel good for you and your team. The biggest shift? You stop just coping and start leading well, feeling well and thriving in your work and life.
