Who is coaching for?
My coaching is for agency folks at all levels - I work with agency leaders, creatives, strategists, client services, producers, media specialists, biz dev and freelancers to help them overcome overwhelm, manage stress, reclaim their energy and thrive, all without sacrificing their wellbeing. If this resonates with you, then you are in the right place! I work with people who want to feel clear, calm and confident again in both work and life. You might love your job, but want to love it without the stress. Or you might be quietly wondering if it is time for something new. Either way, my coaching creates space to explore what is next.
2. What happens in a coaching session?
Each session is a 1:1, confidential space where we explore what is going on beneath the surface. We will start with what is on your mind, then dig into what is getting in the way and what you need most. I will ask impactful questions, reflect patterns and help you uncover clarity and direction. You will leave with new insights, tools and next steps that feel practical and achievable. You do not need to prepare or have the answers, we will find them together. This is space just for you, without pressure or judgement.
3. How does coaching differ from therapy or mentoring?
Unlike therapy, we will not focus on past trauma, but we will explore your mindset and beliefs. Unlike mentoring, I will not tell you what to do, but I will help you figure it out for yourself. It is a thought partnership: empowering, challenging and deeply supportive. If something deeper comes up that is outside my scope, I will always guide you with care. The goal is forward momentum, at your pace, in your way.
4. What kind of topics can I bring to coaching?
You can bring anything that is on your mind, big or small. Common topics include burnout, stress, confidence, people pressure, decision making and purpose. We might explore work challenges, mindset blocks, or even life outside of work. If you are stuck in your head, stuck in your role, or stuck in a loop - we will shift that. This is your space to untangle what’s noisy, unclear or holding you back. No agenda is too small if it matters to you.
5. Where do sessions take place?
Coaching sessions are held online during the day, evening and I also offer weekend sessions too.
6. Do I need to commit to a full coaching package?
I recommend starting with a free 30 minute discovery session to see if coaching feels like the right fit and that I am the right fit for you. It is a no pressure space to talk about where you are at and what you need, no commitment required. Real change does not usually happen in one session - it comes from momentum, consistency and space to go deeper and that is why I offer 6 session packages with added support and structure, to help you build real, lasting change. If you are ready to feel clearer, more focused and in control again, the full journey is where the magic happens.
7. What results can I expect from coaching?
Expect to feel like yourself again but with more clarity, confidence and calm than before. Clients often tell me they feel lighter, seen and more focused after just one session. Over time, you will shift from survival mode to something much more sustainable and meaningful. You will learn how to manage your energy, set clear boundaries and lead or work in ways that actually feel good. The biggest result? You stop just coping and start thriving.
